Elizabeth Spector Louden is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and a member of the Employment Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group.

Liz handles all aspects of employment law including single-plaintiff and class-action litigation and arbitration matters, researching and drafting briefs and memoranda, and conducting internal investigations. She researches opposing witnesses, engages in preparation for witness interviews, depositions and cross-examinations, and has substantial responsibility for preparing communications to opposing counsel, subpoenas and responses to discovery demands.
